We handle the "Osmium Coater," a device that coats high magnification SEM samples, delicate organic materials, and samples with complex surface structures with low-resistance osmium metal (amorphous & fine particles) for conductive treatment. It adopts the "low-voltage discharge CVD method using a hollow cathode sample stage."
